- Partsupial reduces documentation management workload and the risk of incorrect or missing documentation.

Organize, send and save.
Partsupial allows users to organize, send and save parts to batches and projects.
- Users can send "batches" or sets of parts and their data to other users. Useful with shipments, installation or supply scopes.
- Users can also create shared lists of parts called "projects" where additional data (like project tags) and documents for each part can be included.
Manufacturers and Distributors intialize the link.
- Material ready for document upload gets nameplate and reference pictures taken via mobile phone on the Partsupial mobile site.
- Using the previous pictures taken to verify the correct code, documents are uploaded and meta data is entered. The documentation is now accessible for all users with the code or link for the life of the part.
- Manufacturers and/or distributors are provided a unique QR code and 8 digit code by Partsupial for each part. They attach the code/s to their final product via their own methods or a Partsupial provided tag.
